The public ProMeTra account

Access to the ProMeTra WebPage

We provide free access to the ProMeTra functionality via the public 'prometra' account. By clicking on the main ProMeTra logo at the login page, a persistent ProMeTra session is generated for your web browser with the public account.

Using this public login, users may upload their own datasets in Excel or CSV format and use the existing pathways or genome maps to present their data. The uploaded data is stored anonymously and will be deleted automatically after one hour. Access to the data files is resturicted to the active session. This time period is on the one hand sufficient to present the data on various pathway maps and ensures that the data remains private.

Whereas the datasets are only temporarily stored, uploaded pathway maps remain available. Users wishing to contribute their own pathways can employ functionality of the ProMeTra interface.
