This form is for submitting data of the hybridization targets you extracted from certain RNA. Fill out  every  field marked with a red star (  required fields  ). If you just want to enter the data of '''one''' target do '''not''' fill '''any''' of the fields of target 2. An error message will appear on top of the page if you submitted data in the wrong format or did not fill in all reqired fields. The fields that were filled in with the wrong data are highlighted in red. Please notice that select boxes have to be set again after submitting wrong data.

This form is for submitting data of the hybridization targets you extracted from certain RNA. Fill out every field marked with a red star ( required fields ). If you just want to enter the data of one target do not fill any of the fields of target 2. An error message will appear on top of the page if you submitted data in the wrong format or did not fill in all reqired fields. The fields that were filled in with the wrong data are highlighted in red. Please notice that select boxes have to be set again after submitting wrong data.

Required fields

Fields that have to be filled for at least one hybridization target

  • Date, date of the RNA preparation
  • Operator, the operator who conducts the labelling process (already filled in)
  • RNA-ID, the RNA from which the target was created (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct RNA-ID)
  • Amount, the amount of RNA used for the labelling in ug
  • Dye, the dye used for labelling (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct dye)
  • Hybridization target ID, ID of the labeled target
  • Labeling protocol, select an existing protocol (default is "None") or upload a new one in pdf format
  • Protocol description, only required if a new protocol is uploaded
It's also possible to upload images of the hybridization target on a separation gel. If you do so you have to fill in
  • µl (RNA1 loaded), how much of the RNA was loaded to the gel
  • gel type, what kind of gel was used

Optional fields

You may also add some additional data for your labeling process

  • Volume, the volume of the probe used in ul
  • Remarks, some remarks of your labeling process
  • Alterations for the labeling protocol
  • Images of the hybridization target on a separation gel
