Analysis Pipeline

• Once you have created the experiment and imported your data, you will need to analyze the arrays as you have only raw data.You can choose one of the several available analysis pipelines which often contain the following analysis methods:
  • Normalization preview
  • Normalization (default = lowess)
  • Statistical or significance tests
  • Clustering (Heatmap e.g.)

Afterwards you will have the possibility to configure your requested functions or just let them work with their default parameters.
