Analysis Pipeline

  • Once you have created the experiment and imported your data, you will need to analyze the arrays as you have only raw data.You can choose one of the several available analysis pipelines which often contain the following analysis methods:
    • Normalization preview
    • Normalization (default = lowess)
    • Statistical or significance tests
    • Clustering (Heatmap e.g.)

You can just let them work with their default parameters. You may also have the possibility to configure your requested functions and/or create a new pipeline which better suits your data if you are the chief of the project.
