This form is for submitting data of the labeling process of your targets. Fill out every field marked with a red star (required fields). If you just want to enter the data of one target do not fill any of the fields of target2. An error message will appear on top of the page either if you have submitted data in the wrong format or did not fill out all required fields. The fields that were filled out with the wrong data are highlighted in red.
Required fields
The following fields have to filled out for at least on of the labeling targets:
- Date: date of the labeled target preparation
- Operator: the operator who conducts the labeling process (already filled out, only change this if the person who performed the labeling is not the same who is currently logged in!)
- Target-ID: the unique target identification from which the target was created (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct target-ID)
- Amount: the amount of target used for the labeling in µg
- Dye: the dye used for labeling (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct dye)
- Labeled target ID: ID of the labeled target
- Labeling protocol: select an existing protocol (default is "None") or upload a new one in .pdf format
- Protocol description: only required if a new protocol is uploaded
It's also possible to upload images of the labeled target on a separation gel. If you do so you have to fill out these fields:
- µl (labeled-target1 loaded): how much of the labeled-target was loaded to the gel
- Gel type: what kind of gel was used
Optional fields
You may also add some additional data for your labeling process:
- Volume: the volume of the probe used in ul
- Remarks: some remarks of your labeling process
- Alterations: in case you did some modifications in the labeling protocol
- Gel images: you can upload a photo of the labeling on a separation gel
