This page is for the upload of affymetrix GeneChip data only. The difference between affymetrix data and ordinary image and data files is that for affymetrix data files no image file has to be uploaded. So it is possible to upload just one *.cel file without a corresponding image file.
Required fields
These are the required fields that have to be filled out for GeneChip data upload:
- Slide-ID: choose the microarray you have already scanned and which you intend to upload data files for. (Make sure that you only choose a slide-ID that has been assigned to you)
- Date: the date the image and data files were uploaded
- Data file: the path to the data file on your computer. Note that only Cel-Format is allowed
Optional fields
You can also upload an additional image file for the data file:
- Image file (*.dat || *.data): the path to the image file on your computer. This is not needed but may be usefull in some cases. Note that only Dat- or Data-format is allowed
File formats
The format for the image files the ArrayLIMS system allows is the Dat or Data format.
The supported format for the uploaded data files is the Cel-Format. This is the format of data files from an affymetrix GeneChip.
