Region Editor

In the region editor the start of a region can be edited. For coding regions, it is not possible to edit a stop.

In the upper left table the attributes of a region are shown. Right to that, the region and its regional observations are displayed graphically. Clicking on one of the regional observations would change the start codon to that of this observation.

You can navigate the start codons using the buttons "Upstream Startcodon" and "Downstream Startcodon". Pressing "Annotate current position" leads you to the regional Annotation Dialog.

Below the buttons, a graphical representation of the region as described in the Show Sequence Dialog is shown.
