Terms and Concepts: Arrays

An Array in EMMA represents a physical microarray. As in real life, Arrays can be hybridized, have data and images associated with it. In EMMA you can also add descriptions to the Array. An Array will also have an Array Layout which describes, how spots are arranged on the surface and what sequence they contain.
