Tutorial Introduction
Synopsis
This tutorial is intended for a learning by doing audience. While proceeding step by step you will do the following:
- Log in to the EMMA-Demo project
- Create a new experiment
- Create your experimental design
- Import data from the ArrayLIMS
- Normalize your data
- Plot your data
- Run a statistical test for up- and down-regulated genes
- View the results
Prerequisites: The turial requires
- a completely installed EMMA and ArrayLIMS
- a ready-to-use demo project (eg. 'EMMA-Demo') where you can log in
- an ArrayLIMS project containing demo data to import
- some basic skills on using your web-browser
