Report a single slide

After choosing a slide-ID this page gives you an overview of the whole target and labeled-target production as well as the hybridization process of this specific microarray. To view the protocols of the particular steps in the hybridization click on the links that are shown on the report side. There are links to the images of the scanned separation gels aswell. The filenames of all uploaded tiff-images are shown with original filenames and the internal the ArrayLIMS names.

To obtain a print version of the report, click the button on the upper left side of the page.

Report of all slides

This page shows the data of the target production- and labeling process and the hybridization of all slides of one project. The list can be customized by clicking the 'X' infront of every row and column. This will hide the particular row/column. To show it again click the 'Undo'-button.

To obtain a print version of all slides click the 'Print version'-link on the upper left side of the page. The hidden rows/columns will not be shown on the print version. The print version page is split into 6 slides per page. To see the next 6 slides click the particular link on the upper left of the print version.

To constantly customize the project report use the 'options'->'Report project options' page. Check the fields that should be listed for all slides of the project and press 'save settings'. To show all fields again uncheck all fields on the 'Report project options' page and press 'save settings'.
