Emma - Bridge HowTo
To have the BRIDGE features enabled on your installation there are several requirements:
- both your server and the GenDB server should be run by the same user (e.g. root for the external servers).
- both your server and the GenDB server should be using compatible versions of GPMS (or even better, the same version).
- your EMMA installation should have access to GenDB perl modules with the same version as the GenDB server you are referencing to. Otherwise EMMA automatically switches off BRIDGE support.
