Virtual2D-Gel

This graph depicts the isoelectrical point over the log10 of the molecular mass. Each point is a region of the contig. To display the attributes of this region simply move the mouse over the point. All attributes are displayed in the tooltip as well as the molecular weight and the isoelectrical point listed under Additional info
