2D representation of GC-MS measurements on Thermo Finnigan IonTrap GC-MS measurement of Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Strain B100) grown on minimal medium enriched with the three different carbon sources (glucose, succinate and mannitol). The y-axis represents the mass-to-charge ratio and the retention time is presented on the x-axis. Measured intensities are represented using a grayscale mapping.
