Report Dialog

The Report Dialog gives a detailed description of a region. On the upper left side information of the region itself are shown, including the start and stop on the parent region or the GC and AC content.

The upper right corner contains a small cut-out of the contig view including the region of interest and its neighbourhood. Below that, some functional observations of the region are shown.

In the lower left corner, there are the attributes of the latest annotation function and right to that, the attributes of the latest annotation region.
