Analyse Arrays
1. File:EMMAWiki$$WebDocumentation$$GeneralUsage$$AnalyseArrays$startanalysis.png Start to analyse your arrays by clicking on the link in the Basic Actions menu in the experiment overview
2. File:EMMAWiki$$WebDocumentation$$GeneralUsage$$AnalyseArrays$choosemethod.png At first you have to select the analysis method you want to perform, e.g. Normalization or Significance Test
3. File:EMMAWiki$$WebDocumentation$$GeneralUsage$$AnalyseArrays$compute.png Now you could just hit the "Compute and View Results"-Button and your selection analysis pipeline will be performed
