Installation System Production

Currently, there is no installation system for production use. It should not be complicated, however to enable the Installation system to bootstrap itself.

TODO

• Ad an installation script to allow to first install BIS from a tar ball.
• Maybe: add a script that will make a bundle of all required module tar-balls for any given module, adds the installation system and finally adds a single install script
