Installation System Production

Currently, there is no installation system for production use. It should not be complicated, however to enable the Installation system to bootstrap itself.

TODO

Ad an installation script to allow to first install BIS from a tar ball.
Maybe: add a script that will make a bundle of all required module tar-balls for any given module, adds the installation system and finally adds a single install script
