Microarray hybridization

This form is for submitting data of the hybridization of a slide. Fill out every field marked with a red star ( required fields ). An error message will appear on top of the page if you submitted data in the wrong format or did not fill all reqired fields. The fields that were filled with the wrong data are highlighted in red. Please notice, that select boxes have to be set again after submitting wrong data.

Requiered fields

Fields that have to be filled are

• Date, date of the slide hybridization
• Operator, the operator who conducts the slide hybridization (is already filled)
• Hybridization target ID,the targets that was used for the hybridization (default is "None". Make sure you selected the right target ID)
• Volume of labeled target used, the volume of the targets that were used for the hybridization
• Slide-ID, the ID of the slide that is hybridized (default is "None". Make sure you selected the right slide)
• Repeat slide-ID, to make sure that you use the right slide. Please only use the slide-IDs that were really assigned to you (default is "None". Make sure you selected the right slide)
• Hybridization and wash protocol, select an existing protocol (default is "None") or upload a new one
• Protocol description, only required if a new protocol is uploaded

Optional fields

You can also add some additional data for your labeling process
