This form is for submitting data of a microarray hybridization. Fill out every field marked with a red star (required fields). If you just want to enter the data of one target do not fill any of the fields of target2. An error message will appear on top of the page either if you have submitted data in the wrong format or did not fill all required fields. The fields that were filled with the wrong data are highlighted in red.

Required fields

The following fields are required:

  • Date: date of the microarray hybridization
  • Operator: the operator who conducts the microarray hybridization (already filled out, only change this if the person who performed the preparation is not the same who is currently logged in!)
  • Hybridization labeled-target ID: the labeled-target that was used for the hybridization (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct labeled-target ID)
  • Volume of labeled target used: the volume of the targets that were used for the hybridization
  • Slide-ID: the unique identification of the slide that is hybridized (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct slide-ID that was allocated to you)
  • Repeat slide-ID: to make sure that you use the correct slide-ID. Please only use the slide-IDs that were really assigned to you (default is "None". Make sure you selected the correct slide-ID)
  • Hybridization and wash protocol: select an existing protocol (default is "None") or upload a new one in .pdf format
  • Protocol description: only required if a new protocol is uploaded
  • Abstract of the protocol: only required if a new protocol is uploaded. The abstract is needed for the MAGE-ML export in EMMA. Please fill in a short abstract of the protocol. The abstract should embody all important information of the protocol.

Optional fields

You can also add some additional data for your labeling process

  • Hybridization solution: the solution used for hybridization
  • Hybridization remarks: some remarks of your hybridization process
